PRINCIPALS OF AMERICAN MARINE GROUP, LLC.

TIM MULLANE

Has a proven track record for successful marine salvage operations.  His experience dates back to 1996 when he began as President and General Superintendent of Rusty Tug & Barge, Ltd.  During his employment with Rusty Tug & Barge, Mr. Mullane supervised the company’s operations for marine salvage, wreck removal, general towing, and barge lightering and marine demolition.

Mr. Mullane served as Shipyard Program Manager for Bay Bridge Enterprises, LLC.  His responsibilities included the re-establishment of ship breaking services and the day to day management of marine facilities, purchasing of scrap materials and vessels, surveying potential reefing vessels and contract negations for marine projects.

In 2003 he began working for Dominion Marine Group, Ltd.  He served as Vice-President of Operations, and Program Coordinator.  Mr. Mullane was responsible for Dominion’s day to day operations, contract negotiations, acquisitions and sales for this multi-faceted marine service provider.

Mr. Mullane left Dominion in 2008 to establish American Marine Group, LLC. which he owns and operates with Patrick Pawliczek.

PATRICK PAWLICZEK

Is a third generation member of Philadelphia’s Cavanaugh’s Restaurant family.  Mr. Pawliczek studied culinary services at Drexel University’s School of Hotel Restaurant Institutional Management.  He holds an Associate Certificate from the Restaurant School of Walnut College.

In 2004 Mr. Pawliczek began working with Mr. Mullane’s company Dominion Marine Group, as a government relations consultant.  He served as a crew member for the refloating and removal of the ferry boat Elizabeth, the "Hooters" boat.  As part of the project a 19th Century Diesel Steam reciprocating engine, one of only three remaining in the world, was later donated to the Philadelphia Seaport Museum.  It has since been relocated to a point 9 miles off the coast of Cape May as part of a “ships to reefs” program.

Following the aftermath of 2005 Hurricane Katrina tragedy, Mr. Pawliczek and Mr. Mullane organized a team of experienced marine professionals to assist Dominion Marine Group in the marine salvage and clean up of affected areas along the Mississippi River and its outlet.  They provided services in site remediation of Casino barges that had been destroyed in the Gulfport and Biloxi areas.

In 2008 Mr. Pawliczek joined Mr. Mullane in the formation of the American Marine Group, LLC. with a focus on artificial reef development and related marine services.
